Hi, I’m Sophie — a food lover, Registered Dietitian, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist based in Miami. My passion for nutrition began early, growing up in a home where balanced meals were a way of life. My mom, a home economics teacher, taught me that food can be both wholesome and full of flavor.
That belief shaped my entire approach: healthy eating should never mean bland or boring. I’m here to show you that nourishing your body can be simple, satisfying, and delicious. With that mission in mind, I created Sophie’s Nutrition Table — a space where good food meets real-life wellness, one bite at a time.
